Free Legal Service for T.C.C. Clients. Patients are offered legal consultations, referrals, and even representation in court when needed. Family health services offered on-site as well. Children and adults may access the following health services: routine medical, chronic health management, (such asthma, diabetes), women's health, teen wellness, immunizations, preventative health screenings, prescription medications, behavioral health, and referrals. No one is denied care due to an inability to pay or immigration status. Call to verify this clinic is right for you. Apptmt required except for immunizations; same day appointments available. On your first visit bring: photo ID, proof of income, & proof of address. Enrollment services for Medi-Cal, Covered CA, My Health LA, CalFresh and Other Programs also available.I f you do not qualify for other health programs, TCC also offers a discounted or sliding fee scale program. Call for appointment. Walk-ins seen based on availability.
